Testing and certification of materials may be required by BCAEP for verification purposes. In the event the materials do not
meet specifications, the supplier shall pay for the testing and provide materials which meet the specifications. Unless otherwise specified, materials tests shall be made in accordance with the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and by a commercial testing laboratory approved by the Contracting Agency.
